Flu Shield spray is created to protect you from viral, bacterial and microbial airborne infections. I made it with the famous Young Living Thieves Essential Oil and 3 other EO that are traditionally highly effective in preventing and treating infectious diseases.

The spray is made with my home-distilled wild Goldenrod hydrosol, which also has powerful properties against colds and flu viruses. Read my article about Goldenrod HERE.  Also read about hydrosols and how I make mine HERE.

How to use:
Shake well before each use, because the essential oils, when separated from the hydrosol, are floating on top of the bottle.
Spray 1-3 times around your chest area before you head out of the door.
I spray it on my kid’s front shirts area before they go to school. They also wearing lava bracelets, on which I apply a few drops of YL Thieves EO, this way the EO is slowly evaporating throughout the day providing extra protection.
If you anticipate attending public places in the time of flu season, take the spray with you and apply every 1-2 hours. I would even go as far as wearing a mask that is sprayed with the Flu Shield on the inside if I had to go to an airport or a hospital. Just to be safe.
