Preheat oven to 325 F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl mix all the ingredients except the last four until well combined. Make sure the consistency of your dough is right, not too runny or thick, adjust with more dry or wet ingredients.
In a large spoon mix the lemon juice with baking soda to make the reaction and quickly add to the mix until incorporated.
Fold in chocolate chips and pecans.
