Healthy homemade salad dressing that kids love!. Great for any salads and veggie dip! super easy to make using simple ingredients. No nasties!

Ingredients
  • 1 peeled orange medium
  • 1/2 cup oil unflavored
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/8 onion medium
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp Herbal Gomasio
  • 1 Tbsp fresh chives
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and pulse till well mixed. 


  2. Store in your fridge for a week or two. Great for veggie dipping as well as on salads. 

  3. pour about 1-2 Tbspn over any salad and fold in. Enjoy! 

Recipe Notes

This is a base to which you can add other ingredients of your choice.

I've made it with strawberries instead of orange. Also, mango was good in it. 

I don't always put garlic and onion, I think it tastes "cleaner" without, but Instead, I add more of mine Herbal Gomasio which contains a great number of nutritional medicinals.

Some of mine are: fresh or frozen raspberries, rosemary, thyme, nettle, alfalfa, ground milk thistle, fennel seeds, mustard seeds...
